MANCHESTER UNITED EXTENDS ODION JUDE IGHALO’S LOAN CONTRACT TO JANUARY 2021

 

On Monday 1st June 2020, Manchester United extended Odion Jude Ighalo’s loan contract to January 2021. Odion Jude Ighalo only joined Manchester United on a four-month loan from Chinese Super League club Shanghai Shenhua on January 31 and since then he has been impressive for the Red Devils. The Nigerian forward hit the back of the net four times as he gave one assist in eight games for united.

 

Team mate Marcus Rashford was very pleased with the news as he replied to the tweet posted by Manchester United’s official account with “Congrats @ighalojude.

Manchester united manager Ole Gunnar Solskjær couldn’t hide his joy as said: “They [Shanghai Greenland Shenhua] have been great towards us, allowing him to play for his dream club. It’s been a dream for him and hopefully he can finish what he started and win a trophy with us.”
