Thomas Lane, one of the police officers involved the death of George Floyd has been released.
He was charged with aiding and facilitating second-degree murder and homicide.
According to reports, the 37-year-old paid $750,000 bond and was released with conditions from Hennepin County Jail on Wednesday.
According to Lane’s counsel, the only thing he (Lane) did was to hold Floyd’s feet so he could not kick.
The criminal complaint also said Thomas Lane was worried about Floyd and asked Chauvin twice whether to roll Floyd to his side but Derek Chauvin said no before the black American died.
The other 3 officers remain in detention.
